Shipping & Returns Policy
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment is received.
- Free standard delivery to all states on orders over $75.
- Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order. If not, rescheduling may incur an additional fee.
Local Delivery
- Free local delivery on orders over $50. Orders below this amount will not be accepted.
- Areas covered: Panama City, Panama City Beach, 30A, and Lynn Haven.
- Local delivery available only on Monday and Thursday between 8am – 3pm.
- Orders must be placed at least one day before delivery.
Packing Items
- We carefully pack fresh and frozen items to maintain quality.
- Please refrigerate or freeze items immediately upon receipt.
- Perishable products are non-refundable — all sales are final.
- No returns or refunds once an order has been placed.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing their cart and ensuring accuracy before checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is out for delivery, you’ll receive a text or email notification with the estimated arrival time.
Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

- All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been delivered.

- If you receive an item that is damaged, spoiled, or missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and videos of unboxing.
